Do You Qualify?

You can apply if you are:

A graduate entering or completing your 3rd year of a National Diploma in General Nursing

A graduate entering or completing your 4th year of a Bachelor in Nursing

An already qualified and working nurse looking for international opportunities

Requirements:

Your diploma must be officially recognized by your national government

You must be registered with the nursing chamber in your country

How the Program Works

Step 1 — Selection Candidates are pre-screened based on academic performance in core nursing modules and a soft skills interview conducted by the recruiting company.

Step 2 — German Language Training Successful candidates enroll in an intensive 6-month German course targeting level B2. This isn't a standard language course — it integrates nursing terminology, real hospital scenarios, and an introduction to German healthcare law. You'll receive regular feedback and check-ins with both the recruiting company and your future employer throughout.

Step 3 — Recognition Training in Germany Once in Germany, you'll complete up to 6 months of specialized training at a selected school, including a clinical internship at your future workplace. This prepares you for the official German nursing recognition exam.

💡 During this period, your accommodation is provided free of charge, and you receive a basic salary to cover your living costs.

Step 4 — Full Employment After passing the recognition exam — conducted in two parts (oral and practical) — you begin full-time employment at your assigned hospital or clinic with your German nursing diploma in hand.

What Is an Ausbildung?

The German Ausbildung (pronounced ow-zbil-doong) is a nationally recognized vocational training program that combines classroom learning with hands-on clinical practice. It's how Germany trains the majority of its healthcare professionals — and it's open to motivated international candidates like you.

In short: Germany pays you to become a nurse.
